The Bee Hive Cafe makes iced lattes, iced matcha, iced chai, iced chocolate and peach iced tea at the counter inside ION Strength & Conditioning in Llanishen, Cardiff. Most are served as 12oz, and the milky ones come with whole, skimmed, oat or coconut milk. Open from 6:00am on weekdays, free parking outside, and you can order ahead so it is ready when you arrive.

The Bee Hive Cafe sits at the entrance of ION Strength & Conditioning, and it is open to everyone. Walk in, order at the counter, and drink in or take it away. You don't need a membership or a pass.

What size are the iced drinks?
Most are served as 12oz. The iced flat white and iced long black are 9oz. Each size is shown with the drink above.
Which iced drinks have no coffee in them?
Iced chocolate, the iced chai latte and peach iced tea have no coffee in them, and neither does iced matcha. The iced dirty chai has espresso.
Can I have it with oat or coconut milk?
Yes, in our iced lattes and iced matcha: choose oat or coconut milk when you order, at the counter or online. For the chocolate and chai drinks, or any allergy, please ask at the counter.
Can I order an iced drink ahead?
Yes. Order online and collection times start about 10 minutes later. Collect from the counter at The Bee Hive Cafe, inside ION Strength & Conditioning.
Do I need to be a gym member?
No. The Bee Hive Cafe is open to everyone, not only ION members, and you don't need a membership or a pass. The cafe is at the entrance of ION Strength & Conditioning.
What time are you open?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:00 to 14:15, Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 to 13:00, and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 to 10:30.
Where do I park?
Parking is free. There are spaces on site, a car park and street parking close by, and benches outside if you want to sit in the sun.
